Abstract:

Considering Aristotle’s Metaph. from the perspective of a study on substance and other related concepts, which is assumed as the crossing line of some Metaphysics’ books, the following lines are going to deal with some issues in Lambda. In the first part of this paper, I analyze the idea of a first philosophy (its nature and subjects) with a view to outlining a relation between Lambda and a project on first philosophy. In the second part, I discuss the unmoved movers from the perspective of the substances’ classification found in Lambda 1.
